Conference and Expert Meetings

The feasibility study shall be based on ample discussion with all interested parties in all Member States.

Expert meetings

Expert meetings will be organised in each Member State with the following topics:

  • What are your expectations in and your suggestions for the network ?
  • Which essential requirements should the network meet ?
  • Assessment of your personal support and interest in the network.

The expert meetings are open to anyone conducting research in the field of private international law and/or interested in participating in the European research network.

Conference

The members of the Consortium have met on the occasion of the conference which has taken place on November 4th/5th. The conference has been organised at T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague. A report can be downloaded here (pdf).
