The scope:

The Commission wishes to improve and strengthen links at European level between its work of creating an area of civil justice and academic research and practical experience available in the fields concerned. Setting-up a network of experts and information systems in the field of private international law shall improve cooperation in European research.

 

Assessment of the present extent of research - Please assist us to complete the information

The study shall assess the present extent of research in Europe in this subject field and produce an inventory of research activities carried out in all Member States.
